What is Playgrounded?
Playgrounded is a team culture and performance company on a mission to make work more playful, human, and effective. We help teams build the kinds of dynamics with high psychological safety, connection, and curiosity that unlock creativity, engagement, and productivity. Learn how teams can lean into adaptability and ‘learning on the job’ in the age of AI and technology change.

Who are the founders?
Playgrounded was founded by Stefan Bramble and Georgina Robilliard - affectionately known as Stef and G. Stef brings a background in clowning, theatre, performing arts, and system psychodynamics, while G brings her expertise from HR, operations and leadership in remote and distributed teams combined with psychology and sociology study. They work together remotely from Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.

What exactly does Playgrounded do?
We offer a suite of playful, reflective, purpose-led interventions to help teams work better together:
Workshops: These include “Play,” “Storytelling,” “3Rs” (Relationships, Rituals, Reflective Practice), “Public Speaking” ranging from 3‑hour to full‑day formats for team connection, creativity, confidence, and communication skills and designed around your company’s outcomes.
Team Dynamics Coaching: Embedding into your organisation to support collaboration, reflective practice, and psychological safety while your leaders focus on their work.
Coaching (Individual and Organizational): Custom-tailored across areas like public speaking, facilitation, stress management, and even reflective practice. ORA (Organisational Role Analysis) is available as a structured six-session diagnostic and growth process.
Keynotes & Speaking: Thought-provoking, fun, and tailored presentations that spark curiosity and movement at conferences, strategy days, and more.
Event MC / Facilitation: Bringing energy, flow, and connection to offsites, conferences, and panels.
